The Role
Position Title: Customer Service Assistant Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A highly respected Multi-naltional IT group based in Dubai. Job Description: ? Work with CS leader to support ME customer orders to catch up on customer time zone ? Sales order creation, tracking, arrange delivery. ? Coordinate with supply chain, toller and forwarder. ? Support on creating shipping documents for customer orders ? Make records for monthly booking and billing-RMB/USD orders. ? Maintenance Sales Data base and all files. ? Provide support to other order processing function as needed

Requirements
Qualifications: ? Open to Any nationality ? 38 years old and below ? Bachelor’s degree in Administration Management or equivalent ? At least 2 years of experience in the same role ? Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
