Responsibilities: The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring all tourists enjoy a positive and memorable experience throughout their stay in UAE by:
- Liasing with guests from the assigned Source Markets
- Preparing Welcome Folders and ensuring its completeness and correctness
- Meet, Greet, and Assist tourists upon arrival at the Airport
- Provides Hotel Check-in Assistance as necessary
- Meeting the tourists at their hotels and resolves any issues they may have
- Selling excursions and tours
- Liasing with agency partners when required to assure them that the guests are being taken care
- Facilitating the tours for groups, FITs, SIC, etc
Educational Background: Bachelor/ Graduation Degree in Travel & Tourism, or related field
Work Experience: No UAE Experience required.

Others: Willing to learn and undergo Dubai & Abu Dhabi Tour Guiding Licensure
