Vacancy available for an Administration Executive who can handle both Purchase and HR functions independently:

Location : Al Quoz 4, Dubai, UAE

Monthly Salary : 4000 – 4500 AED

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Purchase functions:

· Research potential vendors

· Compare and evaluate quotations from suppliers

· Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

· Track orders and ensure timely delivery as per the requirement of projects.

HR functions:

· Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

· Coordinate with employee and PRO for visa renewal in advance before expiry

· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration or relevant field

Proven work experience as purchasing officer or similar role

Those with 5 years of working experience in a Joinery and Signage Industry will be preferred.

Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 –Package with essential data entry skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure situations

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
