An exciting opportunity has arisen for an EJ200 Test Operator to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
The Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia Limited (RRSAL) team based at King Abdulaziz Air Base (KAAB) in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, provide support and guidance to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) for the testing of RB199, EJ200 and Adour engines on the Uninstalled Engine Test Facility (UETF).
As an EJ200 Test Operator, you will be playing a significant role in testing of EJ200 engines at the Uninstalled Engine Test Facility (UETF) located at King Abdulaziz Airbase, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, responsible for all aspects of EJ200 engine testing.

Key Accountabilities
Carry out the Performance Pass Off AcceptanceTesting (PAT) of the EJ200 on the KAAB UETF under the direction and supervision of the UETF EJ200 Test Supervisor.
Component replacement as required in accordance with the prescribed data set in order to rectify defects.
Participate in liason meetings with the Strip Inspection Repair (SIR) facility at Taif in order to understand and determine root cause of any build and test related issues, contributing as required whilst supporting resolution activity to minimise these events.
Counterpart and shadow the UETF EJ200 Test Supervisor in order to assume responsibilty as and when required.
Support the effective induction of new team members and engage in the cross training of other team members.
Perform operational tasks for which you have been trained consistent with the requirements of the team, statutory and company standards (e.g. Health, Safety and Environment, Rolls-Royce Quality Management System and Rolls-Royce Production System).
Contribute to the development and implementation of cost reduction / operational improvements in order to satisfy Customer needs where applicable.
Identify and perform asset maintenance activities in order to ensure that equipment and facilities are safe, reliable and to a high performance standard.
Qualifications
Candidate qualifications will be a mix of HNC, HND and degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
Knowledge of gas turbines, engineering standards and processes.
Experience in the testing of engines on an Uninstalled Engine Test Facility is desirable.
Able to work under pressure, working to tight short term deadlines and self-motivated with a positive attitude to work.
Strong Customer facing interpersonal skills with the desire to lead an integrated team.
Organised with the ability to prioritise.
Strong communication skills.
