KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
▪ Maintains records of all the section’s committees, meetings, and training regarding personnel training.
▪ Follows up on the sections action plans to ensure achievement of set targets and reports to management.
▪ Participates in departmental/section projects and coordinates with concerned departments that ensures the
completion of various tasks per the approved plans.
▪ Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
▪ Follows up on staff recruitment as per management’s guidelines.
▪ Organizes section events as per management instructions and coordinate with concerned departments.
▪ Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Line Manager or Head of Department
