Description

We are looking to hire an young enthusiastic , customer-oriented Telesales executive to contribute in generating sales for our company and utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The Telesales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling properties where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. 

Responsibilities:

• To contact potential clients in the UAE and other countries in order to increase sales opportunities

• Answer questions related to buying /selling properties to the client.

• Entering and updating clients information in the database

• Present client with appropriate information to make a sales or generatea lead

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls

• Calling clients from the given database

• Recording sales, correspondence, leads in internal database

Requirements:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role in the field of Real Estate

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

• Ability to learn about properties and describe/explain them to prospects

• A sales-focused attitude with a willingness to serve clients effectively

• Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

• Experience : At least 3 years in Real estate sales and telesales field is required
