⦁ interact with customers to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly
⦁ plan and coordinate delivery plans
⦁ analyze costs and assign delivery prices
⦁ ensure cash management procedures are completed accurately
⦁ set and monitor budgets
⦁ analyze budget variances and take corrective actions
⦁ establish and implement financial controls
⦁ implement and oversee cost cutting measures
⦁ plan and monitor sales and revenue
⦁ organize and supervise marketing and promotional activities
⦁ maintain business records
⦁ prepare and analyze management reports
⦁ determine and execute operating improvements
⦁ check and order office supplies
⦁ negotiate purchase prices and develop preferred suppliers
⦁ schedule daily deliveries
⦁ check quality of deliveries and documentation

⦁ Developing the market vision and strategy, setting quarterly objectives, and leading key projects

⦁Directing the execution of the country strategy across the different verticals and functions

⦁Overseeing and managing the market performance at a country, city, and business level

⦁Managing and owning the P&L for the country setting direction, budget allocations, and forecasts and plans at an annual, quarterly, and monthly level

⦁Manage Commercial Managers for the different business verticals and Functional Heads and challenge them and their teams on raising the bar of quality, relevance and competitiveness

⦁Own the growth and excellence of UAE growth markets

⦁Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, including strategic partners, government officials, industry counterparts, etc.
