Job Description

The Production Supervisor will oversee all aspects of perfume manufacturing operations — from blending and filling to packaging — ensuring products meet quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations. The role involves coordinating with production staff, warehouse, and quality control teams to maintain efficiency and compliance in a fragrance or cosmetics factory setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily perfume production activities including mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging.

Allocate work assignments, monitor productivity, and ensure targets are achieved within deadlines.

Maintain high product quality in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

Ensure that hygiene, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines are followed.

Monitor stock of raw materials (fragrance oils, bottles, caps, alcohol, etc.) and coordinate with store

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or Production Management.

3–5 years of UAE experience in perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG production supervision.
