Job Summary
- Responsible to conduct third party audits at client’s premises. Looking at the compliance of their management systems as per standard requirements and submit reports efficiently to manger operations.
- Designing, Development and Implementation of Management Systems for clients. Managing and Leading the team of consultants on assigned projects.
- To make recommendations for improvements in quality of work of the organization.
- Carrying out Quality compliance, Environment, Health & Safety, design and construction Second Party Audits.
- Delivery of IRCA accredited and/or non-IRCA trainings.
- Support in development of management systems and relevant trainings as per core competence.
- Advising the client’s applicable regulatory / legal requirements and establishing programs / plan to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Identification of hazards, assessment of risk, implementation of control measures and reviewing / monitoring to minimize the hazards arising on the client’s workplace. Developing the plans for client’s operation programs / plans for minimizing waste generation, noise pollution, control of hazardous substance etc.
- Responsible for all incidents, accidents and near misses are reported immediately, and full technical investigation is performed, actions identified assigned and completed at the assigned projects.
- Collection and compilation of data with statistical techniques for reporting self-performance.
- Assist sales team technically on client site whenever assigned or needed.
- Any specific job assigned by the supervisor.
Skills
- Bachelors / Masters Degree
- Holding certificates or diplomas required for the approval for audit products
- Should possess Minimum 8 years’ experience with Certification Body
- Successful completion of ISO 9001,14001 and 45001 Lead Auditor courses from IRCA approved training organisation.
- Experience in HSE programs
- Must be Bilingual Arabic/English
