Position Overview

The Clinic Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staff management, patient satisfaction, and overall performance of Renew Plus Clinic. This role ensures that the clinic maintains the highest standards of care, efficiency, professionalism, and luxury experience that align with the Renew Plus brand identity.

Key Responsibilities🧭 Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all departments (Dermatology, Dental, Laser, and Reception).
• Ensure smooth patient flow and optimize appointment scheduling to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with DHA / MOH regulations.
• Supervise procurement, maintenance, and inventory of medical and non-medical supplies.
• Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

👥 Staff Supervision & Leadership

• Manage, train, and motivate the clinic’s team (doctors, nurses, receptionists, therapists, cleaners).
• Implement and enforce clinic policies, SOPs, and performance standards.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative working environment.

💎 Patient Experience & Service Excellence

• Ensure every patient receives a premium experience from entry to exit.
• Resolve patient complaints or service issues professionally and promptly.
• Supervise front desk and customer service procedures to maintain luxury and confidentiality.
• Monitor feedback and online reviews, ensuring prompt responses and reputation management.

📈 Financial & Administrative Control

• Assist management in budgeting, cost control, and monthly performance reports.
• Review daily sales, appointments, and collection reports to ensure accuracy.
• Control expenses and optimize operational costs without compromising service quality.
• Maintain and organize all administrative, HR, and compliance documentation.

📣 Marketing & Growth Coordination

• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
• Ensure all ongoing offers and services are communicated to the team and executed correctly.
• Monitor conversion rates, patient retention, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide feedback on new trends, competitor activity, and market needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations (preferably aesthetic or dental).
• Strong knowledge of DHA / MOH regulations and licensing procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in clinic management software (e.g., EZClinic, HealthSys, or similar).
• Fluent in English; Arabic or French is an advantage.
• High sense of discretion, professionalism, and customer service.
