Arabic Female Customer Care Coordinator is required to do the following:
1- Answer Company clients (mainly Qatari Females) calls
2- Answer Customer queries on Instagram and Whatsapp
3- Discuss with client their needs and coordinate with the designers
4- Use “Trello” Software to breif every job and assign it to one designer.
5- Ensure all designs are completing on time and move the job to Production
6- Cooperate with Production Manager to ensure printing is completed on time.
7- Contact the delivery companies to collect and deliver customer items on time
8- Collect payment from clients via Saddad Application or Wire transfer
9- Arrange Meetings with clients if required.
