Job Overview:

Our client, a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant ENT to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.

As a Consultant ENT, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients with disorders and diseases related to the ear, nose, and throat. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients, as well as provide guidance and support to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with ENT disorders and diseases
• Perform surgical procedures as needed, including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and ear tube placements
• Prescribe medications and provide follow-up care to patients
• Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of ENT and incorporate new techniques and treatments into practice
• Mentor and supervise junior staff members, including residents and medical students
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation
• Adhere to all medical and ethical standards and guidelines set by the facility and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Otolaryngology/ENT
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant ENT
• Valid license to practice in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in medical technology and equipment
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
