• Through regular routine analysis, ensure that processes, procedures, controls, communications, and training related to risks ceded to RGA are in compliance with treaty terms and guidelines.
• Coordinate inter-departmental integration of Data Management; Portfolio Management; Treaty Execution and Enterprise Best Risk Management Practices, coordinating between resources of local and global health, and admin teams.
• Support department head in the management of client relationships to ensure client’s needs are met while ensuring profitable underwriting decisions and maintaining RGA Re’s philosophy.
• Participates in internal claim audits, marketing visits, client training, and industry meetings
• Develop and Implement a proactive and seamless portfolio and treaty monitoring reporting in collaboration with HELIX including treaty status; portfolio performance reports; accounts management reports; data visualization, dashboard and BI tools to deliver true business insight.
• Provide inputs for IT Platform development; Product Development and Treaty Wordings
• Ensure production of monthly, quarterly and annual claims specific reports.
• Oversee quality control/internal audit work of RGA assessors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management; Actuarial Science ; Health Economic or Statistics
• Insurance Qualification will be an added advantage
• Preferably 5+ years of Health Insurance and Reinsurance Customer Relationship Management; Treaty Management; Data Analysis and Underwriting experience
