Refrigeration Industries Co. Hiring for Industrial Engineer at Kuwait Full Time

Job Location : Sulaibiya

Responsibilities :

• Designs, redesigns, or enhances work areas and layouts so that awkward or uncomfortable positions, repetitive motions, and inefficient operations are reduced or eliminated.
• Collaborates with senior engineers to design cost-effective manufacturing layouts and building ergonomics for new product lines.
• Maintains knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods, and trends and developments in technology and equipment
• Identifies and assesses various problems and departures from established manufacturing standards and best practices; researches and recommends solutions.
• Prepares time and motion studies for existing manufacturing operations
• Study and propose machine requirement / machine upgrades for process improvements.

Qualifications :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of ergonomics and applicable industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• At least two years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Preferably having a background in HVAC manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication.
