Responsible for order taking and service in assigned stationServes shisha to guests in established service style and standard.Make shisha orders from the shisha room, returns used shisha equipment’s to shisha pantry area.Ensures that tables are set up in accordance with established standards and all equipment clean and in good condition.Ensures that service side station in fully stocked and in clean condition at the commencement of service.Maintains supplies of shisha stands and foils for side station, keeps side station clean and orderly.Must be able to handle 1 station, including opening and closing dutiesGuest satisfaction must always be checked and any problems encountered must be relayed to Outlet Supervisor or ManagerAdvises supervisor/manager on all guest comments and complaintsEnsures all guests are welcomed, seated and thanked on departureAdvices and recommends Shisha choices to guestsAttends to guests’ complaints and requests; refers same to supervisor/manager, when necessary, records guests’ activities in outlet communication log book.Ensures that guest’s bills are correctly compiled and presented to guests in established manner and correctly paid. Confident in answering the phone according to agreed standards, being fully aware of booking procedures, including parties and arrangements. Maintains effective employee relations.Sorts and counts used linen.Collects restaurant supplies from stores.Attends pre-meal briefing sessions.
