We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert with strong working experience implementing successful digital strategies that have produced measurable business objectives for their organizations. Prior experience working in e-commerce is a major plus.
Creating and executing on a digital strategy that is customer-focused and improves the company’s social media footprint, search results, audience engagement and brand recognition.
Providing executive team with data that shows how digital initiatives are creating value for the company and where strategies are ineffective, producing suggestions to refine them.
Solid experience and understanding of social media and digital ad optimization.
Managing the firm’s digital presence across multiple media channels; analyzing engagement and customer conversion; refining tactics and strategy accordingly.
Concepting ideas for effective content that engages audiences across channels (Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.); working the team to execute on these.
Developing client loyalty program that incentivizes increased engagement and transactions.
Coordinating with team to ensure voice and identity are consistent across the firm’s digital properties while being attentive to the different communication methods across channels.
Deploying differentiated tactics and strategies depending on the markets being targeted that enhance the reach and connectivity of platform with target market.
Planning and implementing high-impact, eye-catching public marketing campaigns such as digital billboards, urban pop-ups and campaigns.
Developing CRM strategy that emphasizes organic engagement with clients (with communication consumers enjoy receiving rather than sending straight to junk!).
Determining best fit of social account collaborations/partnerships based on platform audience, brand identity, and expected long-term performance; end-to-end management of the partnership.
Proactively refining media strategy to enhance reach, engagement and conversion by analyzing the results of tested digital strategies and conducting comparative analysis.
Managing and optimizing the marketing budget in accordance with CFO and Co-CEOs.
