Red Castle Hiring for Development Manager – Real Estate at Dubai Full Time

In a Senior Development position, you will be expected to complete a market analysis, perform financial feasibility studies, appoint consultants, manage the design process and deliver the pre-development and development activities obtaining approvals and handling legal matters where necessary. In addition, you will oversee the design costs, tendering, construction, sales and marketing, and coordinate with the associated parties locally and internationally.

Requirements

• Degree Qualified
• 5- 8 years relevant experience out of which 3 years should be at an equivalent Management level at a recognized real estate and property development business
• 3-5 years Management Experience in real estate development within residential, commercial, retail, entertainment and/or hospitality industries
