Job Description
Supports the HR Business Partner in the preparation of the Company HR yearly plan and budget
Helps in the dissemination and communication of the personnel policies and procedures within the concerned Company
Ensures that the Company staff are sufficiently acquainted with Rawabi Holding’s personnel policies and procedures
Supports in the implementation of serious disciplinary procedures and handling of serious employee grievances
Stays up-to-date with the labor law stipulations and requirements in the Kingdom, and ensures the Company is always in compliance
Performs and submits all the Company GOSI applications and ensures they are full and accurate and hence likely to be successful from the first attempt
Performs the end of service, leave, settlement and work resumption processes
Fills the employee-related data and files (physical and electronic) in an accurate, secure, and accessible manner, in line with relevant personnel regulations and Rawabi Holding’s authority limits. Information may include: job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave records, details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression
Mobilizes all new comers efficiently and performs proper on-boarding
Reviews and updates the Company personnel policies and procedures
Tracks HR Operations KPIs and devises plans and initiatives for improvement
Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager
Skills
Bachelors degree in HR Management or equivalent degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations with a proven track record of success.
Familiarity with the Saudi Labor Law.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS office applications and basic software applications, and familiarity with the internet and email communications.
