MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for supporting customers and ensuring productivity through the coordination and administration of systems, processes, resources and personnel.
This will involve regularly liaising with the Field Service Engineers to ensure timely attendance for breakdowns and servicing of machines on hire. The Service Coordinator will also act as a point of contact for customers by answering their queries and providing regular updates to them on the progress of repairs.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: The chosen candidate will meet ALL the essential criteria below: ESSENTIAL Engineering related qualification IT literate with detailed knowledge of Microsoft Packages such as Excel and Word Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English DESIRABLE Industry experience within access platforms, plant hire, construction or Oil and Gas sectors PERSON SPECIFICATIONS: Strong operational organisational skills Detail orientation with an analytical approach to work Ability to make clear and accurate decisions Demonstrated time management skills Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
