Understand the company’s current SEO & content marketing performance to find improvement opportunities.

• Regularly perform research on competitors and market trends to keep our marketing strategy and business plan up-to-date.
• Work on constant SEO for website content, regularly performing thorough keywords research, directing off-page optimization projects
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other performance KPIs to the project manager
• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s search engine results rankings to drive results towards business objectives.
• Planning and the execution of on-site, technical and off-site SEO tactics with the goal of improving SEO
• Perform keyword research to identify high-value search phrases to drive traffic that will convert into leads on web properties and be used within marketing materials.
• Optimize on-page elements such as title tag, meta description, URL, headings, images, internal links, Schema and more.
• Develop and execute effective link-building, local, International SEO strategies.
• Must be aware of outreach and guest posting activities.
• performance against defined KPIs: search visibility, visits, leads, engagement metrics, and conversions.
• Research and craft strategies to address SEO trends across channels (e.g. mobile, and voice recognition), and then be able to share research with other marketing team members
• Stay on the the cutting edge of SEO best practices tools and techniques to develop new ideas forward for testing and beta initiatives.
• Report to SEO Manager, provide support in all areas of day-to-day SEO operations, ensuring that SEO milestones and goals are met and exceeded
• Contribute new and thoughtful ideas for content

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven 2 years’ experience as an SEO Specialist.
• Good understanding with Microsoft office suite.
• Expert-level proficiency with SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Moz Key explorer, etc.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS and how they impact search indexing.
• A good understanding of WordPress is an added advantage
• Excellent writing, speaking and communication skills in English.

Contract length: 6 months

Salary: Rs35,000.00 – Rs45,000.00 per month
