Ensure to have effective communication with corporate clients/ Individual clients, prepare / open / Close / rental agreement timely and accurately including RTA upload (Within 3 Hours)
Timely vehicle delivery/collection to / from the customer in a good condition, and Ensure VCR is properly filled out and signed by the customer while delivering / collecting of vehicles
Timely collection of rental charges /excess charges, and traffic fines from the customer as and when the agreement is closed.
Responsible for the handover of the vehicles to the fleet department.
Timely coordination with GM, operations, finance, and sales manager in order to provide SOP.
Responsible to provide training to the team members.
Ensure to monitor non-rental charges including, traffic fines (Tracking and update the fines on the same day), toll (Every 3 days update), damages, Fuel and excess mileage etc (Closure of agreement) and inform the customers / collect the due in a timely manner.
Ensure to have a daily follow-up on the payment with the customer as applicable and share the daily report with the management.
Responsible to verify the received vehicles from the rental department and share the QC report with the concerned.
Responsible to maintain the vehicles as per the service schedule.
Responsible to maintain the vehicle in damage-free condition by coordinating with the service center.
Responsible for vehicle registration and renewal.
Responsible for GPS and Immobilizer installation.
Daily provision of ready vehicles in early morning.
Ensure the force collection takes place on the same day as the request from the customers/aggregators.
Manage all the delivery agents rental, fleet, and recovery agents.
