Automation and Control Technician

• Attending tool box talk before the job starts on daily basis regarding company’s health, safety and environmental policy, work permit and procedure.

• Troubleshooting of all technical issue of the industrial Electrical machine which is control by PLC, HMI, DRIVE, CNC and Electrical machine under 440 VAC. Like; Profile cutting, High pressure, Banding machine, Hypertherm plasma, oxy fuel cutting, Automatic welding machine, punching, sharing, blasting and painting, cold saw cutting, Section cutting and robotic.

• Troubleshooting of all communication protocol Like Profibus, MPI, EtherCAT, Ethernet,

Ethernet Powerlink, Interbus, Profinet IO and SCADA program.

• Troubleshooting through the Ladder logic, Functional block diagram and Electrical

drawing.

• Keep the backup of all PLC and HMI through the software like; Tia Portal, Simatic Step7, Micro Win, Prosave, GX developer, GX Works2, TwinCat and Rockwell to avoid the failure in future.

• Identifying and Eliminating Industrial Hazards.

• Maintaining the good relationship with OEM for collecting the more information about the industrial machines.

• Solving issue of HMI, PLCs, Sensor, pressure transducer, contractors, relays etc.

• Responsible for failure VFD parameterize by keypad and software like Siemens Micro master, Lenze, Yokogawa and Telemecanique.

• Responsible for all the pressure gauge inspection of storage area and network like

acetylene, argon, liquid oxygen and CO2 and time to time make the calibration request

for temperature transmitter, flow transmitter, pressure transmitter and pressure gauge.

• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance program for plant equipment and

related facilities; identify equipment maintenance needs; record Electrical equipment

readings; ensure accuracy of records kept.

• Responsible for managing the purchase request of required machinery’s electrical and

mechanical part to the purchase department

• Submit the complete job card to engineer and keep record in excel

• Rendered technical drawings and electrical systems specifications that exceeded company standards.

• Contract duration – 6 months extendable;
• Normal workhours and workdays – 8 hrs/day, 6 days/week.
• Must have expereince in drafting Mechanical Firefighting related tasks
• Must have QID
