Department INDUSTRIAL CITY OPERATIONS (RLIC) Primary purpose of job Manage and Supervise operating personnel for safe and efficient production process of Common Seawater, Desalinated water and Back-up Firewater to meet customer requirements and maintain high availability of services. Responsible for all actions during shift operations for implementation of objectives, controlling product quality, process changes and facility modification required, operating procedures development and authorize work permits. Experience & Skills . 10-12 years utility operation including at least 3 years in a supervisory position of a large sea water facility or a major Utility Department with complex control systems including DCS, PLCs in a multiple industrial environment where the utilities are distributed on equitable basis. . Strong working knowledge. . Good level of spoken and written English. Education . University graduate in Engineering plus adequate knowledge in operations.
