Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth and develop strong partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, hotels, cleaning companies, and industrial clients across the UAE and GCC markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, increasing sales performance, and strengthening the company’s market presence in the cosmetics and detergents sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute B2B sales and marketing strategies
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and distributors
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Manage client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and business development activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
• Expand business opportunities in UAE and GCC markets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, detergents, or manufacturing industry preferred
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• UAE market knowledge is highly preferred
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
