Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate property listings, viewings, and client appointments.
Prepare and deliver professional property presentations to clients and investors.
Support the sales and leasing teams with accurate property information and doentation.
Liaise with property owners, tenants, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain up-to-date property files, reports, and CRM entries.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and showcasing properties to potential clients.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in real estate coordination, administration, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident on camera and in meetings.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
