Architectural / Landscape Draftsman

Job Location : UAE

Responsibilities :

• Organizes and schedules drawing completions independently.
• Prepares accurate and well-presented drawings in order to meet the project requirements and standards.
• Design, develop, and prepare drawings in line with the CAD standards and procedures and also interacts on projects in coordination with the client and other stakeholders.
• Collaboration and work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure drawings align with project requirements and standards.
• Preparing detailed architectural &Landscape shop drawings and details as per tender & IFC documents complying with project requirements and standards.
• Prepare coordination drawings between architectural layouts, elevations, sections, schedules, BOQ and structural drawings, then identify the conflicts/disputes/clashes/mismatching and report it to the technical manager.
• Review and revise drawings as needed, incorporating feedback and making adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Perform quality control checks to verify that drawings are error-free and meet industry standards and project specifications.
• Checking sub-contractors’ and suppliers’ drawings for accuracy and rectifying any identified errors.
• Visit the sites and prepare the complete as built drawing as per site conditions.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and related documents for future reference and documentation
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Architect)
• Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in a similar position in construction companies in UAE.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Excellent computer skills.
