Role

As Cloud operation platform Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing products design to facilitate customer online journey and improve user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and G42 Cloud stakeholders, to ensure successful product delivery. The candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors

Responsibilities

• Based on the company’s strategic planning and platform technological advantages, develop short-term and long-term product iteration plans for the Cloud operation platform.
• Support pre-sales promotion, provide training to internal teams, drive the product delivery.
• Track and analyse operational data, collect customer feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.
• Explore regular and in-depth cloud industry use case, and research on similar products.
• Responsible for the technical implementation, productization, and commercialization of data management, data security and other aspects related to the cloud operations platform.
• Produce product-related documents, including but not limited to domain product requirement documents, product design documents (PRD), and delivering product prototype designs, user manuals, etc.
• Create Product Backlog, User stories, Acceptance Criteria’s and Use cases.
• Produce product prototype using software such as Axure RP, Visio etc.
• Manage the development cycle and progress of domain products/projects, ensuring on time delivery of final features and ensure product quality.
• Coordinate and communicate across departments, including UI, developer, testing, operations, and O&M team to achieve product objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, track and manage project issues, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications

To qualify you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• Experience in cloud platform product planning.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years of experience in Cloud industry.
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies is required.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Having strong documentation skills and interactive design capabilities, especially in terms of mastering product prototyping and design tools, such as Axure, Visio.
• PMP or equivalent certification in project management is a plus.
