Sales Coordinator – Oil & Gas
Location: UAE
Progressive are supporting of their international Oil & Gas clients in the UAE to help them find an experienced Sales Coordinator/Administrator, who has a track record in handling oil & gas tenders, bids and prequalification procedures, ensuring all documentation is complete and uploaded correctly to the client system.
The role will also include various sales and administrative tasks to support the sales/business development teams and management, such as carrying out opportunity analysis, preparing reports, tracking bids and coordinating oil & gas conferences.
Experience Profile:
3+ years work experience in a sales coordination/administrator or support role.
Previous experience handling Oil & Gas tender, bid and prequalification procedures and uploads.
Bachelor’s degree education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with CRM experience
Organisational skills, with an ability to multi-take and work independently.
Language skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential. French and Arab are considered advantageous, but not essential
