Deal with Local & International Suppliers/factories.
Monitor & check quantity/availability of products in stock across all 4 showrooms at regular periodic intervals.
Order product and maintain appropriate stock levels in order to ensure product availability at all times.
Monitor Product / Stock movements and prepare regular reports for submission to management.
Assist sales department staff with item delivery details in order to ensure that ordered items are delivered promptly and that delivery schedules are met at all times.
Follow up with the shipping/forwarding companies concerning container arrivals, etc. and update the sales department accordingly.
Perform other related duties as required.
