Maintain the Cisco and Dell Network devices
Manage Cisco routers
Manage AlienVault SIEM and support onboarding all the devices/services
Manage Redware and Barracuda Web Application Firewalls
Configuring and maintaining the voice management systems (EPABX, IP Phones etc.)
Ensure 99.99% network uptime.
Monitoring the internet links, for performance and outages.
Communicate with the service providers in case of performance degradation or service outages.
Implementation and Management of NAC system
Management of PAM ,authentication systems and keeping the system robust and patches
Management of Eset systems and timely role out of patches
Job Requirements:
An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, cyber security, or a related field.
Hands on experience in Cisco Routers and Switches.
Experience in Next generation firewalls, Privileged access management, SIEM, NAC etc.
Knowledge in Linux/Unix systems
Knowledge in secure network architecture, vulnerability testing, virtualization technologies, Encryption solutions, Log management.
Advanced training/certifications is advantageous.
A strong understanding and knowledge of computer network, and security systems.
Good teaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience: 2 Years +
Technical Competencies:
A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.
2 years of work experience with incident detection, incident response, and forensics. Experience with Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Office 365 Security, VSX, and A strong understanding and knowledge of computers, network, and security systems.
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
