• Ensures that all economics and best practices are leveraged to win local battles.
• Defines and communicates procurement strategy and its implications, to inform and align relevant stakeholders.
• Interacts at the executive/management level inside and outside the business to ensure mutual compatibility in a spirit of long-term partnership.
• Leads the delivery of savings program and operating cash flow in its categories, group and/or business unit.
