Principal Accountabilities :
• Manages office administration and ensures the smooth and effective overall operations of the office.
• Ensures to compile data, prepare error free reports or collate data for consideration and presentation by supervisor as and when required within the set deadline.
• Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and
• procedures; recommend, within organization policy
Job Knowledge & Skills :
• Principles of office management, administration and supervision
• Knowledge and experience in delegation of authority and responsibility
• Knowledge of principles of effective writing and verbal presentation
• Computerized information and database record keeping systems
• Excellent working knowledge of English (oral and written)
• High proficiency in Computer Office Applications & Programs (MS Excel, Word etc.)
