Production Manager – Garments Manufacturing – گارمنٹس پروڈکشن مینیجر

1. Monitoring Production flow system

2. Providing day-today support to production

3. Measure and maintain standard time database

4. Suggest and implement changes to layout to improve manufacturing efficiency

5. Improve existing processes, implement new and better processes as per product requirement

6. Line Balancing according to Target

7. Line Capacity study according to style

8. Decide the machines and attachments for all style

9. Monitoring and improve the operator performance

10. Operator training to improve his/her skill

11. Maintained operator Skill inventory

12. Maintained WIP in Line

13. Conduct PP meeting before new style induction

14. Following Back to back feeding

15. Monitor and reduce Idle time
