Job Location: Qatar
Description :
• To receive purchase requests from all departments.
• Process Purchase Request.
• Sign from Purchasing, Financial Controller, and General Manager.
• To prioritize what is urgent before processing for spare / store.
• Process purchase.
• Price Compression.
• Price Negotiation.
• Ensure purchase orders are raised as per approved market list and purchase requests and timely processed and sent to suppliers.
• Ensure all records are kept and maintained as well as processing the purchase requests on time.
Requirements :
• with NOC
• with Qatar driving license is an advantage.
• With at least 2 years of working experience in a hotel with the same position.
