We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction. The Customer Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as needed.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Collaborate with other departments, including Sales and Operations, to address customer needs and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data privacy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
