HR :
· Management of recruitment process: job description, job offers posting, applicants researches, interviews…
· Handle new employees’ visas process
· Employee’s onboarding in according with the process
· Provide advices about employment law and staff management
· Ensure internal communication and respect of processes
· Ensure that team cohesion is maintained: hiring anniversaries, important events, etc.
Office management :
· Manage the relationship with suppliers linked to the management of the premises (works, cleaning, electricity, etc.).
· Manage general services: quality of life in the premises, ordering supplies…
· Carry out various administrative tasks according to the company’s needs.
· To be a relay for the management of the accounting team
· Ensure that administrative and accounting processes are properly followed.
Profile :
· You have a Bachelor degree specialized in HR or Administration
· You have excellent interpersonal skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
· Organized, autonomous and pro-active.
· Knowledge of/experience with new labor laws
