Shabanuna is a comprehensive structured development program designed for Omani graduates, offering job opportunities to join PDO on a 4-year contract. The program aims to provide hands-on experience and essential skill development by working alongside industry professionals at Oman’s leading exploration and production company.
Education & Experience
Qualification And Requirement
Nationality: Omani national only.
Experience: Less than 3 years of overall experience at the advertisement closing date.
CGPA: A minimum CGPA of 2.50 (No rounding up) or above.
Education: Must complete all the requirement of a bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Petroleum Engineering
- Chemical and Process Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Electrical and Power Engineering
Mandatory Attachments
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Final stamped and completed academic transcript.
- Attested Certificate or letter attachments:
- For Local private universities/colleges qualifications must be attested or stamped by Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MoHERI).
- For overseas qualifications require an equivalency letter from (MoHERI).
- Degree certificate or Completion letter for those who haven’t graduated yet (Efada).
- Valid Omani National ID (both sides).
- Valid passport copy.
- Photo with blue background with official attire.
- Updated and detailed Manpower CV (Latest July 2024).
