Job Location: Kuwait

Salary: KD 400/-

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide troubleshooting, implementation, and configuration of Network, Desktop, and Server hardware and software
• Provide support for Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange server, Security Appliance devices, User & Server Data backup, and Storage devices
• Administrating Firewall, Email Spam filter, and Endpoint software to ensure the best security practice applied
• Manage an organization’s servers and desktop and IT equipment and provide technical support to computer users
• Timely update of security patches on the servers and ensure smooth functionally
• Interpret and solve problems when a user alerts that a problem exists
• Recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades
• Make sure that employees’ workstations are working efficiently and stay connected to the central computer network and provide support to showrooms in different locations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience
• CCNA and Microsoft server certification (added advantage)
• Applicants MUST be a holder of Kuwait Visa 18 or 22 (transferrable)
