Location- Doha, Qatar
Duration –1 Years + Extension possible, depending upon the performance.

1. Industry experience – Banking/ Financial Services/ Credit cards/ Consulting
2. Experience level : 10- 15 years
3. Will be good if the person has experience in the GCC region banks
4. The candidate to be a senior-level professional who eventually reports directly to a Group Chief Officer/CEO or Director because the CEO would like this person to improve quality across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Consultant is responsible for establishing, planning and implementing a robust quality management strategy and framework . The role holder reviews procedures, processes and outputs while tracking client feedback to identify successes, gaps, errors and oversights, and non-conformity issues through robust processes to propose corrections and improvements. Focuses on the entire business life cycle from client acquisition to separations and works collaboratively with senior management and various departments on process & performance improvement, feedback processing, issues resolution, reporting, data quality, and guiding implementation of change.
