• Manage the document archives for Strategy, Finance and Commercial
• Manage VP – Strategy and Commercial Development’s calendar and organize meeting venues
• Manage VP – Strategy and Commercial Development’s correspondence and filing, ensuring full confidentiality
• Manage the Division’s correspondence with the COO and GCEO office ensuring all correspondence is generated as per company format, tracked and received within pre-defined timelines
• Manage petty cash for the Division
• Manage the office messenger’s activities and daily deployment
