Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, IT, Computer, Software, Electronic, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years in in GCC region.
At least 15 years’ experience in the same role or in the administration and management of Contracts (preferably with Middle East experience).
– Five (5) Years’ experience as Diving Safety Rep. Engineer.
– Five (5) years in diving pipelines / structures inspection and / or maintenance onboard vessels / barges
– Five (5) years diving experience in construction and / or civil work.
– Well-versed in carrying-out diving inspection / maintenance projects and or contracts.
– Experience with ADNOC Offshore projects is an advantage.

Should possess: – Team-Work skills. – Capability to strategize. – Analytical / Decision Making Skills. – Knowledge of HSE (NEBOSH / IOSH) Management. – Capability in preparing diving operations “Scope of Work” of Inspection/ maintenance of Projects. – Project Management skills.
Fluent in English (read/write).
Well-versed in IT & its application in relation to work requirement.
