– Implement the Company’s Human Resource policies and initiatives in compliance with the law and best practice.
– Ensure all HR operations are carried out in compliance with the local regulation, company rules, voluntary commitments and applicable standards.
– Manage the Disciplinary process/ consequence management processes.
– Coordinate the implementation of all processes related to Joiners, Movers and Leavers including background checks, probation performance, including but not limited GOSI, orientation, medical insurance, visa and legal documentation.
-Coordinate with Global C&B team to interface with HR-third Party services
-Proven track of developing and utilizing recruitment channel effectively to attract and retain local talent with best practices
-Remain flexibility to extend scope to other tasks assigned by managers depends on business needs
Requirements:
-A bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant local HR experience is required. In-depth knowledge of general HR policies and procedures and relevant KSA country regulations
-Experience working with multiple cultures, geographies and labor laws across MENA
-Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Arabic language is required. Mandarin would be big plus.
