Park Regis Hotel Business Bay Hiring for IT Support Specialist Job at Dubai Full Time

  • Technical support for all computer hardware / software and network issues.
  • Install / upgrade system technology, firmware, computer operating systems, software programs, new desktops, and other computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot system and software issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance for door locks, phone systems, computer systems, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
  • Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to employees
  • Maintain network component inventory, network asset related documentation including warranty and service records.
  • Run security checks on all of systems to ensure data and networks are protected from malware and cybersecurity threats
  • Assist users with IT applications, especially IDS

Additional Skills

  • Conceptualizes, designs, and creates time-based and interactive multimedia intended to convey specific messages to various internal and external stakeholders.

Salary Package is all inclusive of (Basic, Housing Allowance & Others)
Duty Meals
