Parisima Talent is hiring for the position of Call Center Agent with one of our clients in Dubai.

Position: Call Center Agent

Job location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Working days: 6 days per week

Salary range: AED 5,000 to 6,000

Job responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information over the phone or via email.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system.
• Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve overall service efficiency.
