Position: Call Center Agent
Job location: Al Quoz, Dubai
Working days: 6 days per week
Salary range: AED 5,000 to 6,000
Job responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information over the phone or via email.
Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system.
Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve overall service efficiency.
