IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Be responsible for smooth operations of NOC FO Wireless

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Analysis of critical alarms and non-critical alarms to detect root causes
• Monitoring Network health, issuing of early warning alert
• Preparation & Analysis of Alarm trend reports for Network elements
• Design and implementation of correlation rules for service Tagging and efficient Monitoring
• Power Alarm Integration to Improve QOS
• Compilation of reports for Unresolved TTs till their complete rectification
• Coordinate with regional teams till fault resolution
• Follow up outages for rectification and Incident Report (IR) with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Liaison with Vendor (having L3 contract with PTCL) for all Tier 3 Fault events to acquire guidelines before dispatching work order to Field units for fault rectification.

Qualification

• Professional degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom or Computer Engineering
