Position Objectives:

Supervising the daily logistics activities and providing maintenance, facilities according to PRCS standards and protocols.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

Inspecting vehicles, Making sure vehicles are properly maintained.

Arranging repairs and routine maintenance.

Maintaining and completing accurate records.

Keep schedules and organizing team members.

Scheduling and monitoring driver routes, hours and assignments.

Make sure all vehicles are in proper working order.

Document all transportation activities.

Ensure that all drivers are following proper safety procedures, adhere to schedules, and deliver goods or passengers timely.

Monitoring fuel inventories and ordering supplies as needed to ensure that vehicles have enough fuel to operate properly.

Maintaining records of mileage, fuel costs, accident reports, and other relevant information regarding a transportation.

Reviewing driver logs to ensure that they are following safe driving practices and complying regulations.

Assign new routes to drivers as needed, based on requests or other factors that affect demand for services

Any other task as assigned by the Management.

Education.

Graduation degree from HEC recognized Institution.

Experience.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field.

Skills / Knowledge.

The ability to handle large workloads, and manage various tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work under pressure.

Knowledge of MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint)

Maximum age limit is up to 35 years.

Travelling: As and when required
