• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Real Estate, Marketing) is preferred but not always mandatory. Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) certification is highly desirable. • Proven experience in real estate, property sales, or related fields in Dubai. • Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s property market, including various communities and developments. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. • Familiarity with legal and contractual aspects of property transactions. • Well-developed network and relationships in Dubai’s real estate industry. • Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools. • UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle is often preferred.
