1. Routine Maintenance of Elevators and Escalators. 
2. Attend Breakdowns and trouble shooting.
3. Carryout Major Repair and Spare part replacements.
4. Carryout Modernization works.
5. Coordinate with customer for work done reports and obtain acknowledgement.
