— To maintain day to day activity of the brokerage operation of our firm which mainly consists of accounting-cum-administrative control of the transactions entered by the clients of the firm with our principals.
— Checking the client account opening forms, coordinating with clients and sales team, submitting documents to Compliance for approval, advising client fund after taking approval from the concerned authority.
— Checking and reconciling the funding account statement with Bank accounts and counter party, reporting any error to Supervisor and coordination with Counter party for rectification.
— Checking client statements, commission report, monitoring client’s margins on ongoing basis, informing clients about margin calls, answering client queries related to their equity, positions, funds and margin calls.
— Preparing and submitting periodical reports from time to time as instructed.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
— Applicant should be a graduate with at least 2-3 years of experience with fluency in English, good command over Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and excellent communication skills is preferred.
— Experience in Finance / Banking industries is an advantage.
— Experience working in Customer Support is required.
— Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in English.
