The Digital Solution Consultntant will play the role of a true Solution Partner to Oracle FSGBU Banking Sales & Business Development teams in the Middle East & Africa by supporting them from a functional, solution & commercial perspective in the Digital Banking & Financial services spanning Retail, SME, Commercial / Corporate & Transaction Banking purusits. The Digital SC will be leading the client engagements in crafting effective solution strategy, applying design thinking & mapping out user journeys and enabling compelling demos and presentations across the buyer personas (C-Level to Operational Working groups) for Digital transformation programs
You will:
• Understand client business needs and requirements & proposing a solution construct for prospective customers by working closely with the DX focused FSGBU solution & product experts, Sales & Consulting teams.
• Play the Digital Evangelist role by laying out thought leadership perspectives & ideas to drive Digital Focused Transformation Programs in target accounts.
• Utilize the deep understanding of FSGBU Digital Experience solutions & leverage Fintech ecosystem as applicable to demonstrate its value to prospective clients in the Banking industry
• Conduct fit-gap analysis with banks to assess fitment between their requirements and FSGBU Digital Experience solutions.
• Conduct client demonstrations that are tailored to meet specific client requirements and business needs
• Respond to RFP/RFI (Request for proposal/information) for DX suite of offerings
• Bid managing Sales opportunities in liaison with the different teams to ensure successful submission of bids to prospective customers.
• Support the sales group in terms of positioning Oracle FSGBU DX/DE suite of products and services to displace competitors during the sales process
• Prepare Requirement and Functional specifications
• Influence product development based on prospect interactions, market trends, local country requirements especially MEA Regional markets.
• Communicate product information, changes and direction to sales managers.
• Understand current business / industry environment (financial services and banking) including relevant regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc
• Take a lead & help FSGBU to drive business/increase revenue & pipeline in the Middle East & Africa Region.

• Proven track record in providing Omnichannel solutions to the Banking Institutions worldwide, especially in Middle East & Africa.
• Thought leadership in Digital Banking paradigms & architecture constructs including deep appreciation of API/Open Banking concepts, Secuirty Patterns, LoCode/NoCode frameworks, Open Platforms, AI/ML, Big Data led analytics
• Deep Domain knowledge in DX for Retail, SME & Corporate/ Txn Banking domains.
• Digital domain experience with product vendors, system integrators or from banks with first hand exposure to one or more of Digital Solution – OBDX (Oracle), Backbase, Finacle Digital Banking Solution Suite (EdgeVerve), Kony/Temenos Infinity (Temenos), iGTB,Specialized Digital Experience Solutions or similar vendor applications focused on Digital Banking spanning Retail, SME, Corporate, Transaction banking domains
• Strong knowledge of design thinking, architectural patterns, user-journeys, hyper-personalisation concepts, onboarding & fulfillment processes as applicable for each of the key markets in GCC/African sub-regions as well.
• Relationship management experience with Financial services Customers, either in a presales or delivery role (e.g., as a Consultant or Project Manager)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to engage customers and prospects in structured discovery workshops and help shaping business requirements
• Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time on solution consulting engagements
• The job location will be Dubai, UAE
• Working knowledge of Arabic/French will be desirable.

Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
